With over 21 years in aviation and nearly 9,000 flying hours, Captain Siddharth Sharma brings a depth of experience to Sky Mentors Academy that simply cannot be downloaded. Having navigated the entire journey himself—from the initial hiccups of CPL exams to clearing his ATPL in one go—he realized early on that theoretical knowledge alone isn’t enough to survive a professional cockpit.
By focusing on the personality attributes and technical discipline he mastered to reach the rank of Senior Commander, Captain Siddharth has built a legacy of mentorship. He has guided a vast network of disciples—including aviation aspirants, CPL holders, airline first officers, and even aviation ground schools—helping them transition into confident professionals.
His mentorship goes beyond textbooks and checklists. Having operated both wide-body B777 and narrow-body B737 aircraft across continents for three leading airlines of India, he offers a global perspective on cockpit maturity. His goal is simple: to share the wisdom of his journey to shape competent pilots who think, act, and command like professionals from day one.
Major Chhavi Sharma
Command Persona and Leadership Mentor
With 12 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Major Chhavi Sharma brings a foundation of elite discipline and operational grit to Sky Mentors Academy. An alumna of the Officers Training Academy, Chennai, she has led teams through demanding environments where clarity of thought and decision-making under pressure were absolute requirements.
At the academy, she translates this military precision into the aviation world, focusing on the non-technical competencies that define a professional pilot. Her mentorship is designed to build the mental resilience and structured thinking needed to handle the responsibilities of real-world airline operations.
